Events in NYC: October 2014
New York City has high traffic all year long, and the fall is no exception. There are plenty of events that bring solo travelers, business travelers, and families from all over the world during this time of year. Not only are travelers coming in to NYC to partake in all the city has to offer, but native New Yorkers drive in from various parts of the city, as well as from neighboring New Jersey and Connecticut, to take part in the fun.
October is a great time for Halloween events. Whether you want to do something with the kids or something more appropriate for the adults, New York City is sure to offer something for you. Here are a few events you may want to check out.

Thrill the World NYC
Have you always wanted to be in a Michael Jackson video? Of course you have! Why not join this Michael Jackson dance troupe in Coney Island to learn your favorite zombie moves? There will be costumes, zombie makeup, dancing on the boardwalk, and plenty of good eats. Who wouldn’t love that? Join this fun group on October 25th.
These are just a few of the events that make traveling to or living in NYC such a worthwhile adventure. However we know that parking in NYC can be a real bear. Rather than try and park on the street, why not try out a nearby parking garage? Parking garages in NYC are a safer and more affordable option that will allow you to stop thinking about your car and enjoy your visit in one of the greatest cities in the world.
